Nexperia BUKx Automotive MOSFETs are logic-level N-channel MOSFETs featuring TrenchMOS technology. Designed and qualified to meet AEC-Q101 standards, the Nexperia BUKx MOSFETs are ideal for demanding automotive applications, including 12V systems, motor control, and start-stop micro-hybrid systems. The MOSFETs offer excellent thermal performance with a maximum operating temperature of +175°C, making the devices suitable for thermally challenging environments.
