These devices offer maximum surge ratings from 5kA to 10kA, low capacitance of ‹1pF max., high insulation resistance of >1GΩ and a broad array of breakover voltage levels from 75V to 600V. Bourns 2053 and 2057 Series Light Duty 2-Electrode Miniature GDTs are available in surface mount and axial leaded packages.
