Littelfuse MBR Schottky Barrier Rectifiers (Standard Schottky) are designed for commercial and industrial applications and suitable for high-frequency switch-mode power supplies. The MBR provides super-fast switching speed, very low forward voltage drop, high temperature, and low leakage performance. The rectifiers offer high reliability in high ambient temperatures or applications with minimal cooling available. The MBR minimize power loss and have greater efficiency during converter operation with super-fast switching speed and a very low forward voltage. Littelfuse MBR Schottky Barrier Rectifiers provide higher reliability in harsh, high-temperature environments.

Intelligent Outlet Solutions

Littelfuse Intelligent Outlet Solutions components feature smart outlets and light dimmers that are controlled through apps or virtual assistance. The Littelfuse Intelligent Outlet Applications product line includes PICO® II 473 Slo-Blo® Fuses, UltraMOV 14mm Varistors, SJ SCR Switching Thyristors, Thyristor Triacs, IX4340 Gate Drivers, and 650V X2 MOSFETs. The intelligent outlets plug into or replace traditional outlets and allow users to control what is plugged into them through an app or virtual assistance. The smart light dimmers are also remotely controlled.
