Motor/Actuator Driver ICs

ROHM Semiconductor Motor/Actuator Drivers ICs support different motor types, including Brushed DC, Brushless DC, and Stepper motors. These qualified automotive ICs are geared toward various applications, including power windows, sunroofs, wipers, and seat belt tensioners. The BM6021x High and Low Side Drivers feature a Miller Clamp and Under-voltage Lockout (UVLO) function built-in.
