without the G4 or E4 suffix.

For lead-frame-based devices, the RoHS-compliant solution
is backward-compatible with lead-based processes; so the
same part is shipped regardless of whether a unique part
number or a standard part number is ordered.

Lead-frame-based unique part numbers will consist of the
standard part number plus a two-character suffix (usually
E4 or G4, sometimes E3, E6, G3 or G6).

LMx93/LM2903 Dual / Quad Differential Comparators

Texas Instruments LMx93/LM2903 Dual / Quad Differential Comparators provide outstanding value for cost-sensitive applications. They feature lower offset voltage, higher supply voltage capability, lower supply current, lower input bias current, lower propagation delay, and improved 2kV ESD performance with drop-in replacement convenience. All devices consist of two independent voltage comparators that are designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from dual supplies is also possible as long as the difference between the two supplies is within 2V to 36V, and VCC is at least 1.5V more positive than the input common-mode voltage. Quiescent current is independent of the supply voltage, and the outputs can be connected to other open-collector outputs to achieve wired-AND relationships. Texas Instruments LMx93/LM2903 Dual / Quad Differential Comparators are ideal for server PSUs, cordless power tools, and vacuum robots. The LM2903-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
