LMZ2050x SIMPLE SWITCHER® Nano Module Regulators

Texas Instruments LMZ2050x SIMPLE SWITCHER® Nano Module Regulators are an easy-to-use synchronous step-down DC-DC converters that are capable of driving up to 2A of load from an input of up to 5.5V, with exceptional efficiency and output accuracy in a very small solution size. The innovative package contains the regulator and inductor in a small 3.5mm × 3.5mm × 1.75mm volume, thus saving board space and eliminating the time and expense of inductor selection. The LMZ2050x requires only five external components and has a pin-out designed for simple, optimum PCB layout.

LMZ217xx SIMPLE SWITCHER® Nano Modules

Texas Instruments LMZ217xx SIMPLE SWITCHER® Nano Modules are an easy-to-use step-down DC-DC solution that is capable of driving up to 650mA (LMZ21700) or 1000mA (LMZ21701) load in space-constrained applications. Only an input capacitor, an output capacitor, a soft-start capacitor, and two resistors are required for basic operation. The main features for the Texas Instruments LMZ217xx are an integrated inductor, an adjustable output voltage, integrated compensation, adjustable soft start function, power good, and enable pins. Typical applications include point of load conversions, space-constrained applications, and LDO replacements.
