SN74LV244B-EP Low-Noise Octal Drivers

Texas Instruments SN74LV244B-EP Low-Noise Octal Drivers are octal buffers and line drivers with 3-state outputs designed for 2V to 5.5V V_CC operation. The device is configured into two banks of four drivers, each controlled by its own output enable pin. This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using I_off. The I_off circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the devices when these are powered down. The Texas Instruments SN74LV244B-EP device has gold bond wires, a temperature range of –55°C to +105°C, and an SnPb lead finish.
