TPS22916EVM Load Switch Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments TPS22916EVM Load Switch Evaluation Module (EVM) is an assembled and tested circuit for evaluating the TPS22916xx load switches. The evaluation module comes with the TPS22916B soldered onto the PCB and leaves unpopulated footprints for the TPS22916C, TPS22916CL, TPS22916CN to be added. The TPS22916EVM allows the user to apply different input voltages (1.0V to 3.6V) under different loading conditions (0A to 2A) to the TPS22916xx devices. The VIN and VOUT connections to the device and the PCB layout routing are capable of handling high continuous currents and provide a low resistance pathway into and out of the device under test. The test point connections allow the user to control the device with user-defined test conditions and make accurate RON measurements.
