UCC28911EVM-718 Evaluation Module (EVM)

Texas Instruments UCC28911EVM-718 Evaluation Module (EVM) is an off-line Flyback power supply that provides an isolated output voltage and current regulation without optocoupler and secondary-side feedback components. The input accepts a voltage range of 85VAC to 265VAC, 47Hz to 64Hz. The evaluation module uses the UCC28911 flyback switcher with CV/CC and primary-side regulation. This device integrates a 700V power MOSFET and controller that processes operating information from an auxiliary flyback winding and the power MOSFET to provide a precise output voltage and current control. Control algorithms in the Texas Instruments UCC28911 allow operating efficiencies to meet or exceed applicable standards. Low system parts count and built-in advanced protection features result in a cost-effective solution that meets stringent worldwide energy efficiency requirements.
