onsemi AR0544 Hyperlux™ LP 5MP Image Sensors are 1/4.2" back-side illuminated (BSI) stacked CMOS digital image sensors with a 2592 x 1944 active-pixel array. The AR0544 modules capture images in either linear or enhanced dynamic range (eDR) modes with a rolling-shutter readout. These advanced sensors use an architecture and design structure that provides high-quality performance and ultra-low power consumption. The series is supported by a 1.4μm BSI pixel from onsemi and delivers excellent performance in lowlight and near-infrared (NIR) wavelengths. onsemi AR0544 Hyperlux LP 5MP Image Sensors come with a wake-on-motion (WOM) function and multiple subsampling and functional modes.
