MAXREFDES145 8-Channel IO-Link® Master

Analog Devices Inc. MAXREFDES145 8-Channel IO-Link® Master is a fully IO-Link-compliant, 8-port IO-Link master reference design. This 8-channel IO-Link master comprises four main blocks, including four dual-channel MAX14819 IO-Link master transceivers, a microcontroller, two digital isolators, and a USB connection. The MAXREFDES145 features high-level protection TVS diodes on all eight IO-Link interface ports and the power supply inputs, offering surge and reverse-polarity protection for each master transceiver. This IO-Link master draws 24mA from the 24V supply at 25°C with no sensors attached. The MAXREFDES145 comes with power and status LEDs (for each channel), indicating that the board is working and communicating.
