Analog Devices Inc. 16-Bit Pseudo Differential SAR ADCs
Analog Devices Inc. 16-Bit Pseudo Differential Successive Approximation Register (SAR) ADCs are high accuracy, high speed, low power ADCs. The 16-bit SAR ADCs operate at 1.8V single supply operation with a 1.71V to 5.5V logic interface. These SAR ADCs with high throughput allow accurate capture of high-frequency signals and decimation to achieve a high Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). The 16-bit ADCs offer the ability to daisy-chain ADCs and operate at -40°C to +125°C temperature range. These SAR ADCs include an SPI-compatible versatile serial interface that features seven programmable modes with an optional busy indicator.The AD4000/AD4004/AD4008 SAR ADCs are compatible with 1.8V, 2.5V, 3V, and 5V logic that uses a separate supply VIO. Typical applications include automatic test equipment, precision data acquisition systems, machine automation, medical equipment, and battery-powered equipment.
