Analog Devices Inc. AD74412R Quad-Channel Software Configurable I/O
Analog Devices AD74412R Quad-Channel Software Configurable Input/Output is a solution for building and process control applications and industrial automation. The AD74412R contains functionality for analog output, analog input, digital input, and resistance temperature detector (RTD) measurements integrated into a single-chip solution with an interface compatible with the serial port interface (SPI). The device features a 16-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and four configurable, 13-bit digital-to-analog converters (DACs) to provide four configurable I/O channels and a suite of diagnostic functions. The AD74412R has modes for voltage output, current output, voltage input, externally powered current input, loop-powered current input, external RTD measurement, digital input logic, and loop-powered digital input. This device also contains a high-accuracy 2.5V internal reference to drive the DACs and the ADC.Features
