Apacer Technology Inc. SV170-CFast 2.0 Flash Memory Cards are an improvement of the conventional CFast form factor delivering various technological advantages. These memory cards utilize 3D NAND for a higher capacity, up to 480GB, providing more power efficiency than 2D NAND. These memory cards deliver data transfer rates up to 560MB/s in sequential access and 79000IOPS in 4KB random access. The SV170-CFast 2.0 memory cards feature a supply voltage of 3.3V and operate within a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. These flash drives appear in 42.80mm x 36.45mm x 3.60mm dimensions and consume 500mA power in active mode and 105mA in idle mode.
