BD45 & BD46 Automotive Voltage Detector ICs

ROHM Semiconductor BD45 and BD46 Automotive Voltage Detector ICs are highly accurate, AEC-Q100 qualified, low current consumption voltage detection devices. The counter timer delay circuit is built into both the BD45 and BD46 ICs, therefore no external capacitor for the delay time setting is necessary. The BD45 Voltage Detector ICs provide an N-channel open-drain output. ROHM Semiconductor BD46 Voltage Detector ICs provide a CMOS output. Both devices are designed for specific detection voltage ranging from 2.3V to 4.8V, with a 0.1V increment. 

Automotive LDO Regulators & Voltage Trackers

ROHM Automotive LDO Regulators and Voltage Trackers are AEC-Q100 qualified and include general-purpose 3-terminal models featuring low-power consumption, high-current capability, and high-voltage resistance. These ROHM LDO regulators and voltage trackers also feature low quiescent current, space-saving, high-efficiency, buck-boost automatic switching control, and low-voltage operation solutions. The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers operate at various supply voltage ranges, and the maximum output current varies between 0.07A to 1.5A. These LDO regulators offer different part types LDO, LDO with voltage tracker, LDO regulators with watchdog timer, and voltage trackers only. Designed to meet AEC-Q100 automotive standards, the ROHM Semiconductor BD4xS5-C series is ideal for powering Electronic Control Units (ECUs), Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), infotainment systems, and industrial control units. Key features include a low dropout voltage, low quiescent current, and built-in protection functions such as overcurrent protection (OCP), thermal shutdown (TSD), and output discharge.
