The CMD249 and CMD201 distributed power amplifier offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection. The CDM2x distributed power amplifiers are RoHS compliant and lead-free. Typical applications include Electronic Warfare (EW), radar, space, satellite communications, and test and measurement.
