Mga NID5100 Ideal Diode

Ang mga Nexperia NID5100 Ideal Diode ay dinisenyo para sa mga low-voltage system na hindi kayang i-tolerate ang mga high-voltage drop ng mga conventional na Schottky component. Nire-regulate ng mga diode na ito ang voltage sa pagitan ng mga IN at OUT pin kapag naka-enable at forward-biased, na nagre-resulta sa forward voltage drop. Ang mga NID5100 na ideal diode ay nagiging reverse biased na may napakababang leakage current kapag mas mataas ang OUT voltage kaysa sa IN voltage. Ang mga diode na ito ay mga low-loss replacement para sa mga power OR-ing diode at nag-aalok ng automatic transition sa pagitan ng mga OR-ed supply. Gumagana ang mga NID5100 na ideal diode sa 1.2V hanggang 5.5V na voltage range at -40°C hanggang 125°C na temperature range. Available ang mga diode na ito sa standard na TSSOP6 (SOT363-2) na may 2.1mm x 1.25mm x 0.95mm na body package na compatible sa mga industry SC88/SC70-6 package kaya may maliit na PCB footprint. Kasama sa mga karaniwang pinaggagamitan ang building automation, mga smart meter, at OR-ed primary at battery backup.

LM5060 High-Side Protection Controllers

Texas Instruments LM5060 High-Side Protection Controllers with Low Quiescent Current offers intelligent control of a high-side N-channel MOSFET during normal on/off transitions and fault conditions. The constant rise time of the output voltage results from the inrush current control. Both an Input UVLO (with hysteresis) and a programmable input OVP are provided, with an enable input offering a remote on or off control. The initial start-up V_GS fault detection delay time, the transition V_DS fault detection delay time, and the continuous over-current V_DS fault detection delay time is programmed from a single capacitor. The MOSFET is latched off until either the enable input, or the UVLO input is toggled low and then high when a detected fault condition persists longer than the allowed fault delay time.
