TCPP01-M12 USB Type-C Port Protection

STMicroelectronics TCPP01-M12 USB Type-C Port Protection ay isang single-chip na solution na pinapadali ang paglipat mula sa mga USB legacy connector type-A o type-B patungo sa mga USB Type-C connector. Ang Type-C port protection ay nagtatampok ng overvoltage protection sa VBUS, na ma-aadjust hanggang sa 22 V, na may panlabas na N-channel MOSFET.
