The XC92x controller ICs support high switching frequencies and offer multiple control modes, including PWM, PWM/PFM, and HiSAT-COT. These controller ICs ensure a low quiescent current, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. The XC92x controller ICs come with protection features such as Under Voltage Lock Out (UVLO), overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and short-circuit protection.
