TPSM84424EVM-013 4A Power Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments TPSM84424EVM-013 0.6V to 10V Output, 4A Power Module Evaluation Module is configured to evaluate the operation of the TPSM84424, which operates with a 4.5V to 17V input voltage range. Input and output voltages are monitored through capacitors accommodating the entire range. The TPSM84424EVM-013 supplies the full output current rating. Test points monitor and measure efficiency, power dissipation, input ripple, output ripple, line and load regulation, and transient response. A configuration jumper is used to set one of six popular values. The ENABLE, PGOOD, and CLK features are used via the provided control test points and component footprints. The Texas Instruments TPSM84424EVM-013 maximizes thermal performance and minimizes output ripple and noise using the recommended PCB layout.
