VRE306 +6V Low Noise Precision Voltage Reference

Apex Microtechnology VRE306 +6V Low Noise Precision Voltage Reference is a low-cost, Zener-based precision voltage reference. The VRE306 has an ultrastable +6V output with ±0.6mV (.01%) initial accuracy. Accuracy improvement is possible by a multipoint laser compensation technique. Other significant improvements include warm-up drift, line regulation, and long-term stability. This makes this VRE ideal for upgrading systems that use lower-performance references. Temperature coefficients are as low as 0.6ppm/°C over the full industrial (0°C to +70°C) temperature range. The Apex Microtechnology VRE306 is housed in a surface mount 8-pin package.

Precision Reference Devices

Apex Microtechnology Precision Reference Devices provide ultrastable sine wave outputs and a temperature coefficient over the full military temperature range. Accuracy improvement of the Apex Microtechnology Precision Reference devices is possible through a unique proprietary multipoint laser compensation technique.
