IXYS MDNA700P2200CC High-Voltage Standard Rectifier Module provides improved temperature and power cycling in a ComPack package with direct copper bonded (DCB) ceramic and industry-standard outline. This single-phase series device offers low forward voltage drop, low leakage current, and planar passivated chips. Other features include 4800V isolation voltage (1s), 2200VRRM maximum repetitive reverse blocking voltage, 700A average forward current, -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range, and RoHS compliance. Typical applications for IXYS MDNA700P2200CC High-Voltage Standard Rectifier Module include single- and three-phase bridge configurations, supplies for DC power equipment, battery DC power supplies, field supplies for DC motors, and more.
