TPS Low ESR Solid Electrolyte Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX TPS Low ESR Solid Electrolyte Capacitors feature a robust manganese dioxide (MnO2) electrolyte and a capacitance range of 0.15µF to 1500µF. These capacitors offer a voltage range of 2.5VDC to 50VDC and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. They are 100% surge current tested with AEC-Q200-qualified versions available for automotive use. KYOCERA AVX TPS Low ESR Solid Electrolyte Capacitors come in a variety of case sizes. Typical applications include power supplies, electric window controls, battery management systems, and DC/DC converters.  

MnO2 Tantalum Automotive Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX MnO2 Tantalum Automotive Capacitors are capable of meeting automotive industry specifications for high-temperature capacitors up to +250°C while also meeting requirements for high reliability.
