AP22913 Single Slew Rate Controlled Load Switches

Diodes Incorporated AP22913 Single Slew Rate Controlled Load Switches are single P-channel MOSFET power switches designed for high-side load switching applications. The MOSFET allows increased load current handling capacity with a low forward voltage drop. These Diodes Incorporated load switches feature internally controlled turn-on slew rate, low on-resistance, Truly Reverse Current Block (TRCB), ultra-low quiescent current, and high DC current capability. The AP22913 load switches isolate the V_IN and V_OUT during OFF state with the TRCB feature. These load switches operate within the 1.4V to 5.5V input voltage range and are available in wafer-level chip-scale 4-pin, X1-WLB0909-4 0.5mm pitch, and standard SOT26 packages. Typical applications include portable media devices, wearable devices, medical devices, GPS and navigation equipment, and smartphones.
