600V Compact Intelligent Power Modules

onsemi 600V Compact Intelligent Power Modules are fully integrated inverter power stages. These modules consist of a high-voltage driver, six IGBTs, and a thermistor. These onsemi modules are suitable for driving permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM), brushless-DC (BLDC) motors, and AC asynchronous motors. 

NFAQ0560R43T Intelligent Power Module (IPM)

Ang onsemi NFAQ0560R43T Intelligent Power Module (IPM) ay fully integrated inverter power stage na binubuo ng high-voltage driver at thermistor. Ang power module na ito ay binubuo ng anim na IGBT (FS4 RC IGBT technology) na angkop para sa pagda-drive ng mga Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), Brushless-DC (BLDC) motor, at mga AC asynchronous motor. Ang mga IGBT ng power module ay naka-configure sa isang 3-phase bridge na may hiwalay na mga emitter connection para sa mga lower leg para sa maximum flexibility. Ang power module na ito ay nagtatampok ng mga protection function para sa power stage na may cross-conduction protection, external shutdown, at mga under-voltage lockout function. Ang NFAQ0560R43T power module ay nag-aalok ng mga integrated bootstrap diode at resistor, thermistor para sa substrate temperature measurement, at shutdown pin.
