MCT8314Z BLDC Motor Driver

Texas Instruments MCT8314Z Brushless DC (BLDC) Motor Driver provides a single-chip and code-free sensored trapezoidal commutation device for driving 12V to 24V BLDC motors. This motor driver integrates three 1/2-H bridges with 40V absolute maximum capability and a 575mΩ low R_DS(ON) to enable high-power drive capability. The MCT8314Z motor driver implements sensor-based trapezoidal control in a fixed-function state machine and eliminates the need for the external microcontroller to spin the BLDC motor.
