MDF2016 AEC-Q200 Noise Suppression Filters

TDK MDF2016 AEC-Q200 Noise Suppression Filters are AEC-Q200 qualified and suitable for radiation noise suppression (30MHz to 300MHz) for power lines. These devices feature good impedance DC superposition characteristics and contribute to clearing the requirements of the in-vehicle noise countermeasure standard CISPR25. The series offers a 2.0mm x 1.6mm package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. Typical applications for TDK MDF2016 AEC-Q200 Noise Suppression Filters are LED lighting, LED headlights, turn signals, wiper motors, and camera modules.

MDF1005 AEC-Q200 Noise Suppression Filter

TDK MDF1005 Noise Suppression Filter is AEC-Q200 qualified and designed for UHF band noise suppression. This filter provides 1000Ω impedance or more with a rated current of 400mA at +125°C. TDK MDF1005 Noise Suppression Filter for high-frequency isolation is designed for use in advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and telematics units.
