6W 12V Bias Supply CoolMOS™ P7 Demo Board

Infineon Technologies 6W 12V Bias Supply Demo Board (KIT6W13VP7950VTOBO1) provides a complete power supply reference design based on a CoolMOS™ P7 MOSFET. This Bias Supply is designed to run in a system continuously powered by the 400VDC output of a boost Power Factor Correction (PFC) converter. This Board uses the ICE5QSAG Quasi-Resonant (QR) CoolSET™ Flyback Controller and a 950V CoolMOS P7 (IPU95R3K7P7). This component was designed as a snubberless flyback converter to improve efficiency.
