BTS7004-1EPP PROFET™+2 Daughter Board

Infineon Technologies BTS7004-1EPP PROFET™+2 Daughter Board (PROF2BTS70041EPPDBTOBO1) is an evaluation platform for the BTS7004-1EPP PROFET+2 Switch. The BTS7004-1EPP is an AEC-Q100 Grade 1 high-side switch with diagnosis and embedded protection. The device features ReverseON for low power dissipation in reverse polarity and Switch ON capability while in an Inverse Current condition (InverseON). The BTS7004-1EPP can replace electromechanical relays, fuses, and discrete circuits. The device is suitable for power distribution and driving glow plugs, heating loads, DC motors.
