ADC32RF52 14-Bit 1.5GSPS Dual-Channel ADC

Texas Instrument ADC32RF52 14-Bit 1.5GSPS Dual-Channel Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) supports RF sampling with input frequencies up to 2GHz. The design delivers a noise spectral density of -153dBFS/Hz and maximizes signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). The noise density improves to -156dBFS/Hz (2x AVG) and -159dBFS/Hz (4x AVG), using additional internal ADCs and on-chip signal averaging.
