EVAL-LTC7893-AZ Evaluation Board

Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-LTC7893-AZ Evaluation Board evaluates the performance of the LTC7893 controller when used with a Gallium Nitride (GaN) Field Effect Transistor (FET). A mode selector enables this board to operate in forced continuous operation, pulse-skipping, or burst mode® during light loads. This evaluation board is set to a 500kHz switching frequency, which results in a compact and efficient circuit. The EVAL-LTC7893-AZ evaluation board operates from 8V to 36V input voltage range and delivers a 48V output with load current up to 18A (without heatsink). This board is used in applications such as telecommunication power systems, medical systems, military avionics, automotive requirements, and industrial power systems.
