MAX11253 16-Bit Delta-Sigma ADC

Analog Devices MAX11253 16-Bit Delta-Sigma Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) is a 6-channel, 16-bit delta-sigma ADC that performs exceptionally while consuming low power. Sample rates up to 64ksps allow precision DC measurements. The Analog Devices MAX11253 communicates via an SPI serial interface and is available in a small (5mm x 5mm) TQFN package.
