BAT46LS-Q General-Purpose Schottky Diode

Nexperia BAT46LS-Q General-Purpose Schottky Diode comes in a small DFN1006BD-2 (SOD882BD) leadless Surface Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package with side-wettable flanks. The BAT46LS-Q Schottky diode features V_R ≤ 100V reverse voltage, low leakage current, low capacitance, and 250mA forward current. This Schottky diode is suitable for the solder joint's Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI). Typical applications include high-speed switching, voltage clamping, line termination, and reverse polarity protection.

Automotive DFN Diodes & Transistors

Nexperia Automotive DFN Diodes and Transistors are designed with side-wettable flanks for small and light automotive diodes and transistors. The Side-Wettable Flanks (SWF) for the DFN package improve shear forces and board bending capabilities and also enables visible solder joints to be inspected post soldering. The automotive DFN packages offer excellent thermal performance that allows an equal or better P_tot on the smaller DFN footprint. These DFN diodes and transistors feature high power dissipation, low operating temperature, high reliability, and robust solder joints.
