Mga NCV59801 High Accuracy LDO Regulator

Ang mga onsemi NCV59801 High Accuracy Low Dropout (LDO) Regulator ay mga1A device na may mataas na PSRR, mababang noise, at Power Good open collector output. Dinisenyo para matugunan ang mga RF/sensitive analog circuit requirement, naglalaan ang mga NCV59801 regulator mababang quiescent current at kayang mag-regulate ng mga output voltage na hanggang 0.6V. Available sa industry-standard na DFNW8 0.65P (3mm x 3mm) at WDFNW6 0.65P (2mm x 2mm) na mga package, nag-aalok ang mga device ng mahusay na mga load/line transient. Dinisenyo ang NCV59801 para maging compatible sa 4.7µF input/output ceramic capacitor.
