AHE300 InSb Hall Elements

Diodes Incorporated AHE300 InSb Hall Elements offer ultra-high sensitivity to detect small magnetic fields and provide a proportional analog output. These hall elements feature a 370mV maximum output voltage, 2V maximum input voltage, and 240Ω to 550Ω input/output resistance range. The AHE300 hall elements operate in a -40°C to 110°C temperature range and come in a classic SIP-4 (Type MA) package. These hall elements comply with RoHS and are lead-free. Typical applications include detection with joysticks, magnetic encoders, detection of opening and closing of mobile phones and PCs, and current measurement with overhead wire ammeters.
