BM60213FV-EVK001 Evaluation Board

ROHM Semiconductor BM60213FV-EVK001 Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate a BM60213FV-C driver. The BM60213FV-C IC is a high voltage, high and low side driver that operates up to 1200V with the bootstrap operation. This IC provides a built-in Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) power supply protection function at High-side floating supply voltage (VCCA) and Low-side supply voltage (VCCB). The ROHM Semiconductor  BM60213FV-EVK001 board is compatible with 3.3V and 5V input logic voltages. This evaluation board also drives IGBT power devices for high-side and low-side on Half-Bridge applications.
