Semtech nanoSmart SC573 300mA Low-Noise LDO (Low Dropout) Regulator is designed to target applications for Internet of Things (IoT) sensors, such as including Semtech LoRa® Devices and Wireless Radio Frequency Technology (LoRa Technology). The nanoSmart SC573 offers a low quiescent current (50μA), enabling energy savings in everyday products by extending the operating life for battery-powered IoT sensors up to 10 years.
