ICE Components Gate Drive Transformers are optimized for frequencies ranging from 10kHz to over 1MHz. The gate drive transformers feature a profile as low as 3mm, while the current sense transformers offer full selections of turns ratios. ICE Components Gate Drive and Current Sense Transformers meet UL 94V-0 requirements and have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C or +130°C.
