SRDA3.3 TVS Diode Array

Littelfuse SRDA3.3 TVS Diode Array is designed to protect telecommunications data lines against ESD and high surge events. This device can safely absorb up to 35A of lightning-induced surge current (tp=8/20μs) without performance degradation and can withstand a minimum of ±30kV ESD per the IEC61000-4-2 international standard. With just 8pF of capacitance (typical) from each I/O to ground, this Littelfuse device helps to maintain signal integrity, preventing data loss during transmission. Typical applications for this Littelfuse TVS diode array include tertiary (IC side) protection for telecommunication interfaces such as T1/E1/T3/E3 data lines, HDSL/SDSL, RS-232/RS-485 interfaces, 10/100/1000 Ethernet interfaces, and video lines. This device is also suitable for security cameras, storage DVRs, network equipment, instrumentation, medical equipment applications.

Lightning Surge TVS SPA Diodes

Littelfuse Lightning Surge TVS SPA Diodes are designed to limit the amount of unwanted voltages to prevent damage by blocking the surges. Applications for Littelfuse Lightning Surge TVS SPA Diodes include lightning I/O, 10/100/1000 Ethernet, and 2500/5000/10000 Ethernet.
