IGBR Thin Film Resistors

Vishay IGBR Thin Film Resistors are high-power back-contact resistors with moisture resistance. These resistors utilize excellent thermal properties of silicon to allow ultra-high power rating with a miniature case size for hybrid assemblies. Vishay IGBR resistors feature a high power rating and single wire-bond assembly and come in case sizes from 0202 to 0808. Typical applications include gate resistors for IGBT-based power converters, high-power applications, and alternative energy.
