need to flash the FPGA binary.

For all the Jetson boxes or carrier board with SOM, supplier 
will need to flash the OS image and install the driver.

This development kit features USB 3.0 super speed support, 10-bit RAW data output without compression, a monochrome sensor, and a global shutter. The LI-USB30-OV2311-125H kit supports the register access function and provides customization services. This development kit operates at a 5V power supply voltage and 0°C to 50°C temperature range. The LI-USB30-OV2311-125H development kit is available in 26mm x 26mm x 20mm dimensions. This kit is ideally used in scientific cameras and machine vision.
