TPS53667EVM-769 Controller Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments TPS53667EVM-769 Controller Evaluation Module (EVM) allows the user to access the operating characteristics of the TPS53667. The TPS53667 is a step-down buck controller which manages six 30A phases of the CSD95490, a smart power stage. The evaluation module allows access to the controller's non-volatile memory (NVM) with the integrated PMBus interface. This feature also allows access to additional configuration, monitoring, and control functions/options. The evaluation module is provided as a 6-phase 1V/180A output converter operating from a nominal 12V supply. The module uses a pin-strapped configuration to demonstrate its use for a high-power ASIC design or other similar applications.
