LOG300DEVM & LOG300RGTEVM Evaluation Modules

Texas Instruments LOG300DEVM and LOG300RGTEVM Evaluation Modules (EVMs) are designed to evaluate the performance of an integrated logarithmic detector, low noise amplifier (LNA), and input frequency detector all in one single device LOG300. The evaluation module can operate over the single supply range of 3V to 5.2V. The LOG detector block can take the input from 25µV to 1.6Vp, while the complete analog front end (LNA + log detector combined) supports the input range from 6µVp to 200mVp. A back-to-back diode is also provided at the LNA input to protect it from high-voltage spikes. The Texas Instruments LOG300DEVM and LOG300RGTEVM Evaluation Modules (EVMs) include an SMA connector for all inputs and output pins and a power connector for supply.
