CDDFN2 Surface Mount TVS Diodes

Bourns CDDFN2 Surface Mount TVS Diodes provide ESD, EFT, and surge protection for external ports of electronic devices, limiting critical damage and expensive repairs. These DFN-2-packaged devices have dimensions of 1mm x 0.6mm x 0.5mm and are intended to be mounted directly onto a printed circuit board (PCB).
