MRAM 2 Click

Mikroe MRAM 2 Click is ideal for applications that must quickly store and retrieve data and programs using a few pins. The Mikroe MRAM 2 Click board features the Everspin Technologies MR10Q010 1Mb Quad Output High-Speed Serial SPI MRAM memory solution. The memory solution operates in standard, single SPI, and high-speed quad SPI mode with a clock rate of up to 104MHz. The device features high bandwidth (read and write at 52MB/sec), automatic data protection in case of power loss, and a tamper detection function to detect possible data modification from outside magnetic fields. The board is used as a non-volatile storage media or temporary RAM expansion for storing data in embedded applications.
