Ultra Low Capacitance TVS SPA Diodes

Littelfuse Ultra Low Capacitance TVS SPA Diodes provide higher-order ESD protection for challenging high-speed serial interfaces. Littelfuse Ultra Low Capacitance TVS SPA Diodes are ideally suited for 10/100/1000 Ethernet and data line applications.

Ethernet ESD, Lightning, & Power Fault Protection

Littelfuse Ethernet/PoE ESD, EFT, Lightning, and Power Fault Protection ensures that the power fault overcurrent can be protected with Telelink fuses. The Ethernet Power Fault Protection includes the SMCJ and SP40 TVS Diode, SP3, SRV05xx, LC03xx, and SP40xx Diode Array, and the 0461xxx Fuse series. Littelfuse Ethernet/PoE ESD, EFT, Lightning, and Power Fault Protection products meet various applicable standards. 

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. Littelfuse TVS diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.

SP3422 Four Lines Low Cap TVS Diode Arrays

Littelfuse SP3422 TVS Diode Arrays protect against electrostatic discharge (ESD) strikes above the maximum ±8kV contact discharge level set by IEC 61000-4-2 standards. These Littelfuse 1mm x 0.6mm diode arrays use four channels of ultra-low capacitance (0.2pF) plus a fifth Zener diode to absorb repetitive destructive ESD without performance drops. The halogen-free SP3422 diode array has a low leakage current of 20nA (typical) at 5V and can operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +125°C. The rail-to-rail TVS diode arrays are ideal for protecting high-speed signal pins including V-by-One®, USB2.0 and 3.0, and IEEE 1394.
