SC1230-01UTG TVS Diode

Littelfuse SC1230-01UTG TVS Diode is a unidirectional TVS diode designed to provide protection against Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) and lightning-induced surges. This TVS diode features a low leakage current of 0.02μA (typical) at 30V and a low clamping voltage of 37V. The SC1230-01UTG TVS diode can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes of ±30kV (contact and air discharge as defined in IEC 61000-4-2) without any performance degradation. In addition, the diode can safely dissipate a 100A of 8/20μs surge event as defined in IEC 61000-4-5, 2^nd edition. The SC1230-01UTG diode is ideally used for protection of the V_BUS circuit on USB 2.0 by PD 3.1 fast charging.
