Tektronix FCA3000 Timer / Counter / Analyzer is offered in a 300MHz model, featuring 12-digit resolution (frequency), histograms, trend plots, statistics (including Allan deviation), multi-parameter display, and USB/GPIB ports for PC connectivity.
