ACS73x Galvanically Isolated Current Sensor ICs
Allegro MicroSystems ACS73x Galvanically Isolated Current Sensor ICs offer a 1MHz bandwidth with a lightning-fast 210nS response time for AC or DC current sensing. These ICs are designed for high-frequency switching applications and replace high-frequency current transformers. ACS73x sensor ICs come in two versions of the SOIC16W wide-body package, the LA and the MA. The LA package version features a 3600VRMS 60-second isolation rating and can be used on voltage rails of up to 616VAC, VRMS, or 870VPK or VDC. The MA package version provides a 4800VRMS 60-second isolation rating and can be used on voltage rails as high as 10997VRMS or 1550VPK or VDC.
