EVAL-M3-IM564 Evaluation Board

Infineon Technologies EVAL-M3-IM564 Evaluation Board is a part of the IMOTION™ Modular Application Design Kit (MADK) for Motor drives (iMOTION™ MADK). This evaluation board is designed to give an easy-to-use power stage based on the CIPOS™ Mini Intelligent Power Module (IPM). The EVAL-M3-IM564 board has a 30-pin M3 connector for single motor control and all assembly groups for sensorless Field Oriented Control (FOC). This EVAL-M3-IM564 evaluation board offers a single-phase AC connector, rectifier, Boost PFC, and 3-phase output for connecting the motor.
